Ordered a tee and a pair of jeans from thrills the fit was really good. I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I checked the size guide first and ended up going with my normal size. Worked out fine. The jeans were a little snug at first, but they loosened up after wearing them around for a bit. The tee was true to size too, not too tight, not too boxy. Happy with everything and I’d definitely order again

I’m giving it 2 stars because the shipping was actually quick, but the order itself wasn’t right. One item showed up in the wrong size, and another was a totally different-looking color than what I picked. Then dealing with support felt like the goalposts kept moving, first I needed to explain it, then send details, then wait around for the next step. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I just wanted the stuff I ordered to show up correctly.

I was a bit nervous ordering from thrills.co because I kept thinking, okay, am I going to get hit with some random import fee when it shows up? But nope, nothing extra to pay at all. The package arrived and that was it, which was such a relief. Just made the whole order feel way easier and less stressful than I expected

I ordered from thrills and, to be fair, the items themselves were fine. But their customer service was frustrating. I had one simple question about my delivery, and somehow it took them days to get back to me with answers that barely helped. It’s not like I was asking for something complicated, so I don’t get why they made it such a hassle. The whole thing felt careless on their part, and it really annoyed me when I just needed basic help.

The site has a nice clean look and the clothes are stylish in that simple, effortless kind of way. Some pages felt a little too plain for my taste though, which is ironic since I usually complain when websites are doing way too much. I just wish there was a bit more detail or personality in the design. Overall, it’s fine, just not totally my thing

My snap judgment was that this was going to be easy, and it was. The tracking updates were clear, I always knew where my order was, and it showed up right when expected. No chasing, no stress, straightforward all around.

The place has a really cool vibe inside, kinda easy to just hang out and feel comfortable. Nice atmosphere all around.

Payment was, like, really easy to do and everything worked fine. I just kind of wish there were a few more wallet options available, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I been using thrills.co for a little while now, and the rewards is nice. The points showed up fast after I order, and I didn’t have to go looking around or contact anyone to get them.

My order showed up fine, so no issue there, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box was a bit bent and it just looked really plain, like it was packed in a hurry. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a little nicer. Also, the whole ordering/unboxing experience felt like it had too many little steps for something that ended up looking this basic. Not awful, but definitely not as polished as I hoped.

I’ve ordered from Thrills a couple of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The clothes arrived without any issues, and they feel like decent quality, not flimsy or anything. I also like that they seem to be making an effort with better materials and not going overboard with packaging, which is kind of what I was hoping for after hearing about them. The only thing is the prices can be a bit much, so I don’t really buy from them unless it’s something I really want. Still, I’d give them 4 stars.

I’d been hunting around for this shirt for a bit, and everywhere else seemed to be sold out in my size. Thrills still had it, and somehow even had a couple of colors I hadn’t seen on other sites.

Ordering was easy, and I was half expecting it to get cancelled after checkout because that’s happened to me before with other stores. But nope, everything went through fine.

Pretty happy overall. I’m guessing they’re either better at updating their stock or maybe just don’t get picked over as fast, because what showed online actually seemed to be available.
